FAST Decoration Automation Terms and Conditions of Use
1. TERMS
By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
This legal agreement between You and FAST Decoration Automation governs your use of the FAST Decoration Automation Websites, Services, and Software (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
2. SAAS SERVICES
During the subscription term, You will receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services outlined in your monthly Plan solely for Your internal business operations and subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Authorized Users for Your Account. You agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Your employees and Users of all Services hereunder comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
You shall not, directly, indirectly, alone, or with another party; (a) copy, disassemble, or take any steps to reverse engineer or derive a source code equivalent the Services offered by FAST Decoration Automation; (b) modify, create derivative works based upon, or translate the Services; (c) license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, grant any rights in or otherwise commercially exploit the Services in any form to any other party. You acknowledge and that FAST Decoration Automation shall own all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights (including all derivatives or improvements thereof) in the Services and any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by You or any of Your Users relating to the Services.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is a services agreement and FAST Decoration Automation will not be delivering copies of the Software to You as part of the Services.
3. DISCLAIMER
The services and materials on FAST Decoration Automation’s website are provided “as is”. FAST Decoration Automation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, FAST Decoration Automation does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall FAST Decoration Automation or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on FAST Decoration Automation’s Internet site, even if FAST Decoration Automation or a FAST Decoration Automation authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT FOR PURCHASED SERVICES
Account holders will provide Us with valid and updated credit card information or with a valid alternative document reasonably acceptable to Us. If You provide credit card information to Us, You authorize Us to charge such credit card for all Purchased Services and Products, including but not limited to; (a) all fees listed on the purchase order and invoice for Your Orders; (b) other fees regarding Your Account such as set-up fees and monthly subscription fees. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Us and notifying Us of any changes to such information.
You will pay all fees specified in the purchase order and invoice when using the Services. Unless otherwise stated in the purchase order, invoiced charges are due net 30 days from the invoice date. All sales of Products and Services that require Third Party participation are final.
Set-up and monthly subscription fees are based on the subscription Plan selected at registration and not actual usage of the Service. You will pay subscription fees monthly based on Your registration date. The fees for Your monthly subscription Plan are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and automatically renew on a monthly basis.
We reserve the right to change the fees for the Services at any time or impose additional fees and charges. Such changes will be effective as of the first billing cycle that occurs more than 30 days after notice of Our new fees.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate Your Account or access to the Services for failure to pay applicable fees as described in this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
You may stop using FAST Decoration Automation’s Service at any time by canceling Your Account. You may cancel Your Account with 30 days notice by either (a) calling and speaking to Your FAST Decoration Automation authorized representative or (b) sending an email to support@fastplatform.com. In such event, You will not be entitled to any refund of any fees that You have paid prior to you ceasing to use the Service. If You cancel your plan prior to the end of your 30 day subscription period, You will remain responsible for payment for all subscription fees, purchase order and invoice fees, and other account related fees through the conclusion of Your current subscription period. Upon cancellation of Your Account, You will lose all access to the Services and any data or information stored in Your Account upon the expiration of Your current pre-paid period.
FAST Decoration Automation reserves the right to terminate Your Account or suspend providing any or all Services at any time, without prior notice or liability and for any reason whatsoever at the full discretion of the business. Upon termination of Your Account, Your right to use the Services, access the website, and any content will immediately cease. You are informed that it’s Your responsibility to remove all of Your own content and data prior to termination, including but not limited to data contained in Your Account’s Personal File Library.
Termination of Services will occur if the terms of the Terms and Conditions agreement is violated.
7. REVISIONS AND ERRATA
The materials appearing on FAST Decoration Automation’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FAST Decoration Automation does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. FAST Decoration Automation may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. FAST Decoration Automation does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
8. LINKS
FAST Decoration Automation is not responsible or liable for any content on any linked website.
9. SITE TERMS OF USE AND MODIFICATIONS
FAST Decoration Automation may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Any claim relating to FAST Decoration Automation’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We do not lease, rent, or sell your information to third parties and we will not release personal or company information to any third party individual, government agency, or company not in connection with the fulfillment of your order unless required to do so by law.
